WENDY GRANT
Founder, Leadership Strategist & Executive Coach

I believe every leader has something powerful within them—what I call their inner magic. My work is about helping them uncover it, and lead with more clarity, courage, and compassion in an ever-changing world.

What I bring:
My passion lies in helping leaders do the inner work that leads to real, lasting change. I specialise in purpose-led leadership, self-awareness, and helping organisations shift culture through human-centred leadership development. Whether I’m designing leadership programs, running workshops, or coaching senior executives, I aim to create space for honest reflection, growth, and transformation.

Where I’ve been:
I spent over 20 years in senior roles at Unilever across Digital, HR, and Global Leadership Development—leading strategy, designing flagship programs, and driving purpose-led change across markets. Today, I work with leaders from a wide range of industries, bringing a global perspective shaped by my time in the UK, Singapore, and the US.

How I work:
I’m trained as a Co-Active Coach and certified in Hogan Assessments, Korn Ferry tools, and Compassionate Leadership. I take a grounded, data-informed approach—blending psychological insight with real-world business understanding. My goal is always to meet people where they are, and help them become the most effective, human version of themselves.

What lights me up:
Outside of work, I’m a creative soul who finds joy in baking, crafting with my Cricut, and belting out karaoke classics. I play the piano, love theatre and museums, and rarely turn down a long walk by the ocean. I live in Connecticut with my husband Steve and our two daughters—and we’re often off on a road trip, chasing moments of awe and adventure.

CHRIS MALLABAND
Associate Leadership Development Partner, Facilitator

Chris Mallaband is a former Learning and Development Director, who has extensive experience in developing the skills and capabilities of leaders in Supply Chain. Having previously worked managerially in HR in two Unilever factories, and then managed one of their National Distribution Centres himself for three years, he then led the skills development agenda for Unilever’s manufacturing leaders globally. This included the design and delivery of an award-winning leadership development intervention for the company’s c.300 Factory Directors, which combined a face to face cohort-based programme with follow-up modules delivered virtually, and covered both behavioural and technical areas.

Chris has since worked at Director level for Lipton and Asta Zeneca, in learning and capability roles. He combines a grass-roots knowledge of manufacturing and operational management with deep expertise in building skills at scale.

Outside of his work in this field, he also brings extensive experience as a radio broadcaster and as an interviewer of well-known personalities, enabling him to present to, and connect with, an audience to a very high standard.
