1. Finding Purpose
A clear sense of purpose provides direction, motivation, and resilience. Our purpose-finding workshops guide individuals of all ages to reflect on what matters most to them, helping them live more intentional and fulfilling lives. Whether navigating life changes or seeking clarity on next steps, these programs offer practical tools for personal growth and meaningful contribution to the community.
Reclaim Your Spark
Reclaim Your Spark is a transformational small-group experience designed for women to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been set aside while caring for others or navigating life’s demands. Through a blend of guided reflection, creative exploration, and meaningful conversation, you’ll rediscover what lights you up and gain clarity on your next chapter.
The program runs over four weeks, with weekly 3-hour sessions—offered both in-person (in Greenwich, CT) and virtually—plus light, joyful reflection exercises in between.
Before we begin, you’ll complete a set of meaningful pre-work:
- A unique 360-style reflection exercise, where friends and family share when they’ve seen you at your best
- The option to take the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment
- A 1:1 private coaching session with me to explore your strengths and intentions for the journey ahead

2. Leading With Compassion
Compassionate leadership isn’t just for the workplace—it’s a vital skill for parents, educators, volunteers, and community leaders. And it all begins with self-compassion. When you treat yourself with kindness and understanding, you create the foundation to lead with empathy, support others, and build stronger connections.
Our Leading With Compassion program helps individuals develop this inner kindness and extend it outward. Participants learn to cultivate emotional intelligence, foster meaningful relationships, and lead with empathy, courage, and kindness—creating environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued in everyday life.
Leading With Compassion
Leading With Compassion is a transformational small-group program designed for parents, educators, volunteers, and community members who want to lead with more empathy, presence, and courage—in everyday life.
Based on the research and framework from the Center for Compassionate Leadership, this six-week experience helps you cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead yourself and others with compassion.
You’ll explore how to:
- Practice self-compassion and develop a kinder inner voice
- Create emotional safety and trust in your relationships
- Listen deeply, respond wisely, and navigate challenge with care
- Lead with clarity, connection, and courage
This is not about learning more theory—it’s about feeling different and showing up differently.
The program runs over six weeks, with weekly 2-hour virtual sessions, guided reflections, optional readings, and compassionate community support.

3. From the boardroom to the classroom: Developing Inner Magic in Young People
Young people today face unprecedented challenges—rising anxiety, the pressures of social media, and constant digital distractions. As adults, we’re now teaching CEOs and corporate leaders essential inner skills like self-awareness, resilience, and empathy to help them lead more effectively. But imagine the impact if we started earlier. These skills are completely teachable—and, in many ways, easier to develop as lasting habits when learned during childhood and adolescence.
By equipping young people with these tools now, we’re not just helping them navigate today’s challenges—we’re setting them up to thrive in the future. We can empower the next generation to lead with wisdom, kindness, and confidence—enabling them to be better leaders, teammates, friends, and community members.

Helping young people identify their natural talents, build confidence, and harness their strengths through Gallup’s proven approach.
Magic Within: Leadership for Life (12+):
(Coming soon) A foundational leadership program that equips kids with core inner skills—self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and resilience—to help them navigate life’s challenges and lead with purpose.
